Virtual reality for flying

Hi all. I'm looking for virtual reality therapy for panic attacks and fea le of heights/flying. I have avoided planes for the last 8 years and it's no longer an option. Has anybody had success using this? My panic attacks are severe and 2mg of Xanax doesn't even make the flight tolerable. They don't make drugs strong enough to help me fly.
