Hello loves;

I hope you all are having a great day. I hope you're not letting anxiety tell you lies. I hope you're not feeling down on yourself for still dealing with anxiety. I hope you love yourself. I hope you admire your strength. I hope you find the light in the darkness. I hope you believe in yourself. Because guess what? YOU CAN. 100%!

Anxiety will be there behind the scenes and try and steal the show. Anxiety will endlessly try and tell you that you can't! Anxiety will try and throw your fears at you and make you feel weak. But guess what? YOU ARE IN CONTROL- NOT ANXIETY. You have 100% control in how you REACT to anxiety. So stop giving it power. Stop shaming yourself and start loving yourself every. step. of. the. way. Because Anxiety is a journey..and the journey can get sad and lonely if you don't love yourself through it...the journey will also last longer if you don't love yourself through it. Start treating yourself like you'd treat one of your friends who is going through anxiety. You would be kind to them, you would tell them it's okay and you would be there for them. Start doing that with yourself! Self love and under-reacting is the answer. You got this guys.

Xo
