Burping

I am not sure if my burping is linked to my anxiety or linked to reflux. Consently worried if it could be a more serious systopm but when to speak to doctors every time "It an anxiety systopm" give the look of susprise.

I do it too.... You get anxious, start breathing heavier (swallowing air).... it has to go somewhere, so you burp. Ya, I use to worry about it too. Now it's just annoying. Plus now my husband knows when I'm super anxious .

Found myself counting when asked family member they laughed and said I was getting old I am only 42 cheeky.
