help!

I found this site last night and figured I'd make an account! my doctor diagnosed me with stress anxiety and depression and she prescribed me pills, but I do not want to become dependant on medication! is there anything else I can do! ugh my anxiety is sooo bad I'm dizzy and lightheaded from the minute I wake up to when I go to bed, it literally feels like another health problem going on not just anxiety being this lightheaded doesn't seen normal😭

If you don't want to take the medication then look into natural supplements for anxiety. What medications were you prescribed?

It could be due to anxiety or another variety of reasons for lightheadedness. One factor is blood pressure or even an inner ear problem with can effect balance.
