My hands randomly get shaky and I find it difficult to use them. They don't shake as violently as Dr. Strange but it's the same principle and I ant control them. They also happen on and off randomly with currently no know triggers...

Is this a bipolar symptom?
Are you experiencing anxiety with the shakiness? Also, are you already diagnosed with bi-polar disorder or is there another reason leading you to think it may be a symptom of that? I would personally try and track of when it happens and for how long as it may offer insight to your healthcare provider! Good luck
My hands get shaky and it's an effect of my bipolar II. Usually it starts in my feet and lower legs, but not always. I'm fairly new to being bipolar so there's still a lot I don't understand. As the day goes on the shakiness increases unless I take a portion of my bedtime med which is quetiapine. This med allows me to sleep so I hesitate to take a portion for shakiness. I don't appear to have much shakiness in my hands, I just feel it inside.
My psych doc calls the shakiness agitation. I don't feel agitated, but she's the expert so it's agitation. Whatever she wants to call it. My other symptom of "bipolar-ness" is the nights that I stay up because I'm not tired, but motivated to continue to get things done and I keep going and accomplish so much that I like that and keep going some more. I still usually have an appointment and will not be getting enough rest. I move the app't. if I can because I know I may be too tired to drive safely and it's not too wise to be going to app'ts. where I need my brain to work. So I get this burst of energy that means I don't slow down much for nighttime and keep plowing through all the things I want done. I easily go to 6 or 7 am.
