My daughter is eight and I have been getting a lot of anxiety worrying about her self being lately. Is this a normal parent thing and if so how do you cope.

Worrying about child gives me anxiety
Has there been a special event or reason for your worrying to have stepped up? If not, then why do you suppose you have stepped up your worrying when the situation hasn't called for it? That amounts to excess worry without a cause. Possibly you have a disorder but just as possibly something has changed in you or your daughter's life. What changes can you see?
She has been acting out in school. She was making great progress, but lately has been having issues. I guess I worry about what the future holds for her. Kids can be cruel and she can be very sensitive.
I also worry a lot for my kids. It is part of parenting, but we all ***FEEL*** things so much stronger than those without mood disorders. It is really awful not knowing what is typical and what is mood related. Be certain to figure this out. I ended up losing my sweet, dear son because I got so worried about everything that I had a nervous breakdown. Take care!!
