So yesterday I went to my primary care doctor. I haven't seen one in god knows how many years. I just wanted a check up make sure everything is all good, you know. I work in care coordination & I'm constantly making sure my patients are making their appointments yet here I am not taking care of myself. Anyways I went to the doctor & he asked about anxiety and depression & we started talking & we spoke about other medical issue about how I've been feeling.
Basically what happened is he wants me to do blood work & see what the results say. He thinks I may have a thyroid problem which can be the cause of my anxiety, depression, & being tired all the time. But a gut feeling tells me thats not it.
Either way, this morning I went & did my blood work. Now I just have to wait until my follow up appointment & see what it all says.
