I've been feeling anxious for so long. Recently my chest has been hurting and I feel like my heart is beating so fast. I get headaches and I feel nervous over the smallest things. I think im a failure and I deserve to feel pain. Some days I'm fine but other days I just can't no matter how hard I try. I don't know what's wrong with me. Can someone help?
