Hello! I just discovered this community through a psychology class in school. I have suffered from depression and self-harm since middle school, coupled with severe anxiety. Last year, I was diagnosed with OCD, and struggle a lot with concentration due to my obsessive thoughts. I am here to help learn more about my issues and to hopefully help others as much as I can. I look forward to hearing from everybody and reading all the great advice! My main battle right now is my depression. I am having pretty unstable mood swings. My OCD feeds directly into my depression, and my mind is constantly going. It is very exhausting.
