Hi, I'm not sure that I have an anxiety disorder but I do exhibit several of the symptoms. Like so many others, I am pressured daily by life's stressors. Much of the stress is financial which is causing relational stress. I need to find a way to deal with these stressors and decrease my anxiety level. I am trying to improve my overall feeling of well being. Thank you all for listening.

When I first experienced a panic attack I looked into it and tried to "fix" it, similar to what you're doing now. That's awesome your reaching out. There's so many resources that I'm still discovering coping mechanisms.
