My Fiancé has had some difficult times with his business and Ive actually witnessed him spiralling in negative thoughts for days, unable to do anything. He told me he suffered from anxiety. Ive done my research and I do my best to support him. However, I cant help but notice most of his anxiety comes from me- I always seem to trigger it. Each situation can be totally different the common factor leading to me.
He doesnt like that I question him and he usualy says that I make him feel stupid. Honestly I dont know where this comes from. But it ultimately leads to a negative thought spiral. Any suggestions?
