Hi I'm 38 yrs old I suffer from anxiety at work, I freak out when I have to give feedback or present I have a thought people knowing I will be anxious when I have to talk, I'm taking purblocka as antidepressant but to seems it makes me gain weight which medicine is more effective and less after effects, please help I sometimes loose focus and not go to work
