I'm new to this site and thought I'd give it a try. I'm a new sufferer of anxiety and it's been rather crippling. Just looking for a supportive community and to be able to help and relate to others who may understand or be in the same position. My anxiety I guess is triggered by certain circumstances, but I'm not quite sure how to find the right "community" to post and ask questions in yet.

Welcome! I'm new here too and have started suffering from anxiety and depression in the last few months - I just started medicine and it has helped with the sadness but my anxiety is still going on - this site is great for support and help
