anxiety and depression

I am Mariah and i suffer from generalized anxiety disorder and Severe depression.. i also have recently found that i have relationship anxiety.. i have been in a long term relationship which is all new to me and its been tough but im trying to get through it.

Hi Mariah. Im new here too. I've had anxiety since childhood. I'm 30 now and still have anxiety. Relationships can be scary for people with anxiety especially when they get serious. Now that my husband and I are married there's less anxiety about our relationship but the anxiety just ruminates in other areas of my life.

I have GAD and bipolar II depression but I don't suffer much. I'm on meds for both and I enjoy life. I'm at peace and happy almost all of the time. Life is good! I hope you'll feel the same very soon. Do you see a doctor for treatment?
