Your medication combos?

I am currently on Paxil 40mg, Pristiq 50mg, Deplin 15 mg and 0.5-1mg Paxil at bedtime. This combo worked for a while but seems to not be working so well anymore. What do your med regimens look like?

Does your doctor know this isn't working so well? Because he/she needs to know in order to tweak the drugs just right to work for you. Your doc can change the doses or change a drug completely. But you always need to keep your doctor informed of their efficiency. My regimen looks different because my diagnoses are different.

Oh yes my Dr. knows. She just keeps trying to add new meds that I am not comfortable with. The latest she wanted to add was Adderall. I go back to her on Monday but I am in the process of finding a new psychiatrist that isn't so quick to just add on meds and get me out of the office.
