I just don't know how much of this I can take my depression is getting worst

Why take it anymore? Why not get checked by your GP to make sure you don't have a medical problem like hypothyroidism or a vitamin deficiency that mimics depression? And then see if your GP will refer you to a psychiatrist for the depression. Depression is very treatable and often responds well to antidepressants. Some depression is temporary and some isn't. But you can feel a whole lot better than you do right now. I've been where you are now and I've also been treated for my depression and feel very good and very functional. Why waste any more time feeling bad when you don't have to?
