I think i'm late but try focusing on your breathing, try to go out and focus on details on the outside, if there's someone around talk to then about the weather or something that can distract you. Hope you find that useful it's what i do when i have one.

I am so sorry you are having a panic attack. If you can, sit or lie down and do some deep breathing, filling up your belly with air and breathing out through your mouth. Are you in therapy? Panic can be treated. Do you take any meds for anxiety or depression ? They may help a lot.

When your having a panic attack you have to remember your not about to die. I just started having anxiety and panic attacks myself they have taking me to emergency twice. I was examined, monitored and giving Ativan to help me to relax. Some times when I feel anxiety starting ( racing heart, headaches and nausea), I sit and relax (deep breaths, take your mind off of the anxiety) try hard to focus on something else. 😉 This to shall pass.
