Overwhelmed

Very overwhelmed today. So much to do and not even time. Last night worked until 12:20am which causes lack of sleep and control of myself.😬

I guess you have to figure out what to give up so you get your required minimum of sleep. I had 4 hours last night and that's enough for me. We're all different and you have to get what you need to function throughout your day's demands on you.
