Relapse?

i have struggled with panic disorder and depression about five years ago and i have been feeling worse lately. Not sure if im just making it all up or is it for real. Can't get this out of my mind.

Do you have anyone you can bounce this idea off of? Someone who knows you and understands panic disorder and depression? Chances are good it's not your imagination that you're feeling worse lately. If you don't know someone like this, you can put your feelings in a message here and let some of us give you feedback. How about that?

Thanks, i have experienced crying episodes for no apparent reason and my anxiety is appearing in more and more common situations, limiting my life basically. In the gym, the pool, when i drive, at the doctor's, the store. It is not everytime and i have not had a panic atrack but i'm afraid i'm starting to get there.

You are definitely experiencing a significant increase in anxiety and I urge you to make an appointment with a doctor you have confidence in, preferably a psychiatrist, who will be the best diagnostician for your type of anxiety, medicine and therapy needed. Please don't delay as it can take time to get to that 1st appointment.
