Help I never thought this would be me and I would write this message but here I am.
I think I’m suffering with bulimia and I don’t want help from anyone apart from people who are going through the same thing.

I have been throwing up for 11 days now by force and yesterday couldn’t because of my throat being really sore is that normal and if so how do I get rid of it thanks x
you need to see a GP and talk about this - throwing up like this is extremely dangerous and damaging - from experience I know that you need help to recover from and eating disorder - and left without support your health can be seriously compromised so please do seek help now.

Hi Darcy, I’m in recovery from a lifetime of restrictive EDs, including bulimia. I don’t know how your issues started, but mine began early with food scarcity and then purposeful under eating/starving. I am glad to say after a lifetime of illness, I am going into my 3rd year of recovery. It is possible to get better, but there are some hard things you have to accept in order to do so. I am not sure where you are in your recovery journey, but I am happy to answer questions if you have them.
