I worked out for 2 hours yesterday and then went to Casey’s and ate over 1500 calories over allotted amount and I’m doing this every night. I think screw It I don’t have anyone to impress and then I’m like what is wrong with you you’re not doing this for other people I’m doing it for myself but I can’t stop eating junk food

You really do need to seek some help with this - it is an illness and so needs treatment. I went through times like this - and although it did not always work - I sat down and wrote out a menu sheet at the start of the week - 3 good meals, 3 snacks - including protein, carbs etc - and I also arranged activities or met friends etc after meals - I found this started to get me back on track - and I stopped beating myself up when it went wrong - and didn't restrict the range of food I ate - a biscuit/chocolate bar was written in as part of the plan - found this stopped some of the cravings.

Yeah I know I do that too with my meals Kinda I don’t plan them out but I do count calories but then iI just go and Bing eat on junk food like I had to go to sleep last night because I was so full of junk food I was miserable. And I agree with you about seeking help from a professional I’ve have done that before but I have a dog and I have no one to watch her I’ve gained 10 pounds Probably more I’m not stepping on the scale today I’m so bloated

I think you need to find someone to dog sit - more important to get yourself sorted - I had all sorts of excuses not to seek help - but it is the way forward.

Have you tried looking into tele health? With this Covid stuff, meeting over video chat or phone sounds like a good fix given your dog care issues.
