Hi all. Need your help. I weight about 43kg,hight 160cm. I know I m not healthy and struggle with MA. BUT. I work as an i fitness instruktor and a lot of my clients and peoe in the gym constantly tell me, how perfect my body looks. It makes me so insecure. Have really hard time with it.
