I know it has been awhile since I've posted but I've been doing a lot better. I am now 111 pounds. I am glad that I am over 100 but when I exercise I lose it all. So would it be bad to just stay around 98-100 pounds???
Not if your target is over the 100 - don't let the ED get the better of you after all you've achieved - and make sure you've not replaced extra calories with extra exercise - the ED likes to play mind games so be on your guard. Keep going - get healthy - achieve your potential with your ED part of history.
