I will be quick. I'm recovering from ANA. It was terrible but now I'm better. I have a better relationship with food. My TDEE is about 2200kcal because I play volleyball for 1.5-2h 2-3 times a week and also I lift weights 3-5 times a week( 5 times a week rarely). I eat 2500kcal a day now, I want zo build some muscle and to gain a healthy weight. But I'm stuck at the same weight for 1-2 weeks and I don't know what to do anymore...can somebody help?

I quite understand - gaining weight is not as easy as you'd think as I've found from experience. Sometimes you can plateau for a few weeks - then it increases without making any changes. I found the only thing I could do was have a period of reduced exercise - so maybe that is something you need to consider - its not all about food its about food exercise balance - and your exercise regime is likely to need more than 2500 calories - so consider some high calorie drinks as I know huge volumes of food can phase you.

When I first begin treatment, I was 97 lbs at 5 ft. 4 in. I had to eat anywhere from 3,000-5,000 calories daily for the first year. I had to show a log of my intake weekly to my Mental doctor. I did this for a full yr. I was a hard worker on the beef farm. I would lift 70 lbs. of grain daily and spent up to 10-12 hrs a day farming. At 97lbs. how did I do it? I did. My doctor said that is the only way my body didn't deteriorate totally. The hard work paid off. The many hours of sunlight farming also kept me alive. I did not know eating so much food would make you poop seven times a day. WOW! Now that I am 137 lbs. and healthy as a horse, I don't have to eat all those calories. Just eat as much as you need to gain the weight and you will tapper out on eating as much. You will get there I did.
