Yes it’s pretty normal when you have been ignoring your brains hunger ques for so long basically your brain stops sending them and you don’t know when you are hungry or when you are full but after a while of eating more and normally the ques should come back if not just make sure to eat at meal times to keep your three meals a day and feeling like your stomach is a never ending pit could be an emotional feeling possible because you have lost “control “ of your eating so you feel like you just are constantly eating so much but this is probably not the case your just eating what your body needs to recover maybe say this to a therapist I’d say it’s more emotional then physical and can be dealt with xx

No problem at all I wouldn’t worry about it but if it’s making you feel anxious it would be good to talk to a therapist about if your seeing one x

Hey there I’ve been experiencing the same too (with a little digestive distress thrown in). Just wondering how are you doing? I’m so new to this (I’ve never come so far before).

Im still a little worried and stressed out about it. These last couple of days have been rough cause of how much my stomach has been hurting but Ive been thinking that that is a good thing cause maybe its a sign my stomach is going back to normal. Ive never been this far either. How are you doing?

Thanks for the reply. I think you are doing great and you certainly sound like you are really proactive- yes I agree it’s the body getting used to intake again. It does take a little while and I’m told it will definitely settle. I’m having the same issue and totally freaked out as I thought I’d “broken something”. But it’s all part of the journey apparantly.

Honestly what I’m doing is just “getting through” the hugest I’ve distress. Eating through it. It can be hard especially when the body is saying no but when in doubt “eat” they say - so I am.

It has effected my 3 meals/3 snacks meal plan but not too much. I think if we can continue to get through it - it will be worth it.

I’m thinking of you and sending you positivity.
