Basically I got my period first at 12 then once a year since then maybe 4-5 times if I was under stress however since I became underweight last year it’s stopped completly I don’t what that means for my body or the complications also wondering if anyone had a simulare experience to me with regards to very irregular period even at healthy weight also when I became weight restored before I lost again it still didn’t come back

I have not had my period in 4 years, and I am told it is because my body is being under nourished which I think i’s similar to you but also everyone is different so some people may never have regular. Even before I was underweight I was irregular. I have also done so research and you can be “weigh restored” but not be at a healthy weight for you body. I don’t know how true that is tho. I have also read it takes time because our body has to trust you won’t under eat again

As far as I know it’s not good. I’m not sure if a person is fertile or not but there’s a possibility of osteoporosis or weakening of your bones because your hormones are not functioning properly. Also it means your hormones are out of wack which messes with your body overall
