Feeling empty n alone

Ive been married just over 4 years now but I don't think I love him any more he abusive and nasty at times when he angry says he sorry but does it again last week he called me fat cow which I never thought he'd ever do he says he loves me but how can someone love u but hen they can be so hurtful my best friend said I should leave him but don't know if I have the strength to be on my own just feel so sad

You should leave him. It is definitely not alright for him to treat you the way he does. I get it may be difficult especially as you've been married for 4 years, but you'll probably feel happier away from him.

I honestly don't think I have the strength I feel I be better off dead that way I don't have to feel the pain n sadness any more

Sounds like he has nartissict personality disorder in which you should definitely leave. I've being around people like that my whole life. Finally surrounding myself with nurturing people now. U need balanced calm people around u especially if your sensitive . Calling u that is terrible. I hope u find the strength to leave u deserve so much better x
