I just wondered if anyone had any success with Enzymes.
I've just started probiotics and enzymes .
It's only been few days bit I have to asmit I'm getting a bit impatient.
This is my last hope now.
I think I've tried everything and don't wnat to go back to laxatives if I can help it.
Going to try these for 2 weeks as I guess that would be long enough to see a difference if any.
Has anyone found these helpfull? ? Xx
