We all find safety and peace in different things and places. I myself am terrified of horses. Simply because they are such huge, magnificent powerful creatures....unpredictable and able , i feel to inflict massive hurt and damage. Yet i would give everything to have a fox....equally as unpredictable, as dangerous however in my eyes a safe beautiful creature. Embrace everything you feel and discover and grow. Feel free even if its only during those moments spent horseriding. Hopefully you will find one day you feel comfortable in scenarios that occur outside of time spent with horses. Any time being comfortable and safe in ykur own skin is anyway an amazing or amazing moments xx

I look into a horses eyes and see beauty safety and unconditional love. They are quite beautiful. Hoping to start feeling that internal sense of safety through nature and animals

I dont deny they are beautiful and magnificent creatures. I had one bite me as a child do i fear them hugely. Foxes are just as unpredictable. ..in my rational mind however i have had no reason to fear them so they are as beautiful and amazing to me as horses are to you. Having something to hold onto and believe in is all we have sometimes when we are in our darkest and lowest of places. Whatever helps us through is all that matters. Enjoy the moments with those beautiful creatures and feel beautiful in yourself and peaceful. We all deserve to dont we xx

I totally get that. I had a cat bite me as a child and know still frightened of them even though they are lovely . Animals bring such acceptance and beauty to the world.
