I just joined this site a couple of weeks ago and I am trying to get help for my Binge eating disorder and I just started to get off sugar slowly and I will soon know if slow and steady works for me. I am trying to do things that work for me and give me a healthy lifestyle. I see a dietitian regularly and started Cognitive Behavioral Theorpy. I was wondering if anyone from the forum could work with me along on my journey to recovery. I am open to all advice. I can use your discovery to recovery. Thanks!!
