Is it just me or when you don't eat does your head really hurt? I can't remember the last time I didn't have a headache tbh. Can anyone relate or is it just me?

Hi patdandTOP, it's not just you. Even someone without an ED will get a headache if it's been a while since they ate. Your blood sugar levels drop causing the headache. My daughter who is anorexic gets many headaches from only eating one meal a day as well as getting sick.

This is not just your problem. I also have a headache when I don't eat. May be it also depends on your weight. If I am underweight, I have this problem much more often than being within the healthy weight range.
