Yes, I have, my stomach keeps getting very bloated! I started my proper recovery 4weeks ago with my ed team, they say it can last from 2-4weeks:(

Hope your recovery is going well!:)

Hello

It isn't neccesarily what you think. The mirror can lie it doesn't show you what is inside.

It makes logical sense for this to happen during recovery, growth on all levels has been put on hold. It is a hard bit to work thru and why so many recovery attempts fail because it is hard to cope with. The advice I got from my psychologist was to not look down. ...that made me perplexed, scoff, smile and now I laugh that that was her best suggestion.

Bottom line you cope, cope with not coping with it or revert to old ways to get rid if it. It is very hard. ..

Good luck

Oh how I laugh. I told her it was flippant and useless lol even when I don't look down i know I look like I have swallowed a football :) anyhow I reckon she just likes testing me and making me laugh. Give it a go. Good luck
