There is an error in the question that asks to tick how he GP was unsupported/time waster/not ill enough etc - I had to tick one of these when none applied because my GP(s) have been outstanding and so none of the negative choices were applicable

Thus I couldn't answer the survey correctly - think it needs to be changed otherwise results will be incorrect

Regarding surgeries where you see a variety of staff.

My daughter was seen by 3 different practitioners/GPs in her surgery so we can't complete the survey.

We have had mixed responses. Excellent from a GP and rude and dismissive by the Clinician Nurse.

For example the GP gave information and followed typical referral procedures to the ED clinic whereas the Clinician Nurse Simply asked her why she had returned for blood tests and asked did she even want to get better, wouldn't take the bloods.... etc. Daughter hasn't returned for any help since!

Couldnt do the survey it said its closed but Id like to say the mental health team im under wont address my bulimia or offer any help and are just focusing on my depression ,Im about to give up ,my health is so bad I dont know how much longer it will hold out without any care and even the GP isnt interested ,I was getting so desperate I wrote to doctors ,CPN and Mental health place begging for help and guess what I got no response ...
