Spasticity (Whole Body Vibration Machine)

I used to go to this department store, they had a load of home exercise equipment, including a vibration machine.

At the time, I had shocking Varicose Veins, felt bad. After 5-10 mins on the vibration plate, my legs felt great.

Was Googling last night, and it has real benefits for spasticity as well.
