Laser Therapy for Abdominal Adhesions??

Dunno if it is possible, but I need to do something about these post-surgical adhesions. I am struggling with abdominal organs migrating all over the place! Pre-op had a flat abdomen post-op looked 6mos pregnant post-op 10 yrs ago; now more like 9mos preg. THE SURGEON DID SOMETHING TO HOLD MY TRANSVERSE COLON UP, BUT THE OP REPORT DOES NOT INDICATE WHAT....I had abdomin reassessed in 2013 by a colo-rectal surgeon from another hospital system [locally] and I ended up with the ATTORNEY FOR THE WHOLE HOSPITAL SYSTEM IN MY EXAM ROOM! Next I was "released from GI care" both medically and surgically. IN SHORT IT WOULD APPEAR I HAVE A "LITIGIOUS ABDOMEN". This apparently is what happens when you have capitalistic medicine. Fearful of a lawsuit, no one locally will touch me! I struggle to eat and eliminate, I just want to be human again, I am in agony! I am starting to have episodes where organs are strangulating in my R lung cavity....very painful. I am an RN so I know what is going on and have skill to get out of immediate danger, but I know something must be done. Altered and delayed digestion has destroyed my "excellent" health pre-op. A daily struggle, I now have diabetes, DVT [leg blood clots], abdominal an peripheral lymphedema [weight of my "pregnant like" abdomen aggravates this, am 42lbs heavier, my posture is distorted into the posture of a "duck". A daily struggle I dread eating and digestion, my abdominal organs are "pinned between what was my diaphragm, R ribs and this surgically created transverse "excursion", food gets hung up either on the R or L side of this excursion (think a sheath like an exercise theraband" [see below]) causing abdominal inflammation and I fatigue easily now. I left my beloved nursing profession and basically struggle to prevent getting a gangrenous bowel. I am being treated holistically out of state . Release of Abdominal Adhesion was suggested. I am worried about whether this would be a good idea. This surgically created transverse something would could be released with Laser. Any thoughts by this international community would be appreciated.
