I am sorry to hear of your chronic pain. Your reference to RA reminded me of this physiotherapist's article on the topic which I hope is helpful: bodyorganics.com.au/rheumat...

HI Bahinho, there are some communities here on HealthUnlocked that are dedicated to rheumatoid arthritis. You might benefit from support and encouragement on those groups.

Relevant to our topic area in this group, rheumatoid arthritis can cause severe bone loss, and steroid medications which can provide relief from RA also can contribute to bone loss and fracture risk. Have you spoken with your health care provider about how to manage your risk of broken bones?

Here's some information from our website about RA and other fracture risk factors: americanbonehealth.org/frac...

Rheumatoid Arthritis

In this debilitating autoimmune disease—which strikes two to three times more women than men—the body attacks healthy cells and tissues around the joints, resulting in severe joint and bone loss. Steroids, such as Prednisone, may make life easier, but they can also trigger bone loss as discussed under “steroids”. And, adding to the complexity, the pain and poor joint function reduce activity levels, further accelerating bone loss and fracture risk.
