I'd like to share a personal story about osteoporosis from a member of American Bone Health's Board of Directors. Some of Shelley's experiences will sound familiar to those of you who have been diagnosed.

I hope reading this will spark some discussion.

Looking back, did you miss an opportunity for an earlier diagnosis? Do you wish you had known more when you were younger about how to protect your bones?

Hearing your personal stories will help us improve how we educate consumers about bone health and osteoporosis.
