Hi Patty did you order the correct vest most are for muscle men cept the NYKweightedvest which is for women to get strong bones.

I did a lot of research before I purchased. Hopefully I made a good choice. I will keep everyone updated.
I got a 8 lb. one today. Have not tried it yet. Hope it does some good.

I ordered mine thru BetterBones. Pretty expensive but my bones are important to me. I am also on Forteo. I have been on it for a year. I am a nurse and still work so I get plenty of walking in. I have always been active and have a great diet..I do take D3 daily. I also have a rebounder I work out on and also do a weighted hula hoop.
