I'm 67 active female. I had been diagnosed with otheipedia bout 8 yrs ago. Recently I went to my Dr and told him about this strange cracking/crunching sounds when I move. His comment, was, your just getting older. I switched doctors! My new Dr did another bone density test. I have osteoporosis. They just started me on prolia.

I'm a bit scared bout all this, but I also thankful I switched doctors.

We all need to be proactive about our health. You did the right thing. If your doctor isn't listening, find a new one!
