Males with osteoporosis?

Diagnosed with idiopathic osteoporosis - and osteopenia in some extremities - in my mid 40's. Condition recognized (by physicians) after decades of running yet only my second stress fracture.

Curious if any other males are on this forum in a similar situation?

Appreciating your input and time.

Hello IFeelWelcome, I'm a 50yo male diagnosed in Jan. of this year. I've been practicing yoga for many years without fracturing. I'm working with Dr. Keith McCormick, he is a runner/triathlete. He has written a book and makes supplements. How are you treating your osteoporosis/osteopenia?
