Early dementia onset concern

Hello joined up recently my husband has noticed significant memory loss regarding past aquatints who he was really involved with in the past he’s very concerned has always had excellent recall on friends names past songs plus a few other things he is 56 was a league player since 15 and has suffered quite a few concussion and head knocks in the past he no longer playing but is now concerned.Any feed back appreciated

Has your husband recently been on any medication like steroid ?

It might help for him to keep a size A4 diary, adding each friend with a photo and a description anything that he wants to remember. It can be a photo chart on the first page. Just be as creative as possible.

Apart from maintaining a healthy diet, it's important to do regular exercises and head massage etc,
