I feel that Deaf people should come into the topics, because Totally Deaf like myself, I'm having bad nightmare as regards the Memory loss, I had to stop 3 times trying to remember what I'm saying.

I am 66 and am experiencing quite a lot of memory problems, most of the time short-term memory. I have had a fair amount of ECT's (approx. 30-40 )in the past for severe depression. Is there anything I can do to curb this memory loss?

I would like to know if there are brain exercises that might help. As well, does diet help? Finally are there any vitamins that might be helpful, and oh yes, what about physical exercise?
