Well if life isn't tough enough with fibro & chronic urticaria, I have now broke foot, literally just walking 🙄
That is not the worst..... the worst part is I have no muscle tone or strength to hold myself up on crutches...😩 Literally cannot hold myself up........ life brings such challenges but always try to think there is someone worse off 😊
I tried really hard to use crutches after an accident a few years ago.Like you I didn't have the strength of stamina to use hem.I was then given a walking frame which was a bit better.It's really difficult to explain that you are too weak to use walking side even though you want to be able to.Good luck with your recovery.
Oh no Poppydoris ! You poor thing I'm sending all my best wishes. It must have been difficult in the heatwave I bet your glad it has cooled down a little now. As you say we all do try to look at it with a positive slant but equally it's OK to feel sorry for yourself once in a while. Hope your family & friends are looking after you x
