Hello, my wife has severe fibromyalgia and sleep is a huge issue.

Has anyone had an success with things to aid sleep?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Hi Steve, sorry to hear your wife is struggling sleeping, I too struggle turning in bed not so much sleeping I wondered also if anyone uses those snoozle slide sheets ? If they help ?

Sorry to hear your wife has been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia and struggles with her sleep. It is known that people with Fibro often have insomnia and even with sleep it is non restorative as we seem to miss out on that deep sleep stage. I actually take Zopiclone to help me sleep on occasion and adopting good sleep hygiene ie no screens one hour before sleep, warm bath, comfortable environment, writing down worries, adequate pain relief etc and using techniques like progressive muscle relaxation might help too. Do let us know how she is doing? :)
