Hello I'm Sara age 30 under going test scans etc for fibro has anyone got any use full info to cope with the pain/condition

Having had fibro all my life, my determination for having a fulfilling life gets me through the day. I am in pain all the time and no meds take it away, but some help to reduce the level of pain. I take gabapentine and amitriptolyne. I plan something everyday, to ensure I get the most of the day, and have to push though the pain barriers . If you don't it is easy to give up and just sit and feel sorry for yourself,.

So be positive and enjoy lij=fe, the goods things out of that will help you mind cope better.

The only thing that works for pain for me is Tramadol it takes the edge off the pain but the down side is it makes me sweet.
