Anyone have left atrial flutter an

I have been troubled with left atrial flutter for about 2 years.

It only becomes a problem during physically exertion such as walking up steps too fast.when my heart thumps with a rate over 200 beats per min.

When in a/flutter my pulse rate when felt at my wrist is very slow and extremely erratic

and I have to sit or lie down (no matter where I am) until the episode passes, that can take up to 10 mins. which is very distressing.

I take a beatablocker ( 2.5 mg of Bisopolo) and Warfarin

Carioversion was tried but after only 3 weeks was back in flutter fibrillation
