I have read all your posts, as you give a bit of information in each. From what I can tell you have a Pacemaker, you take a beta blocker called bisoprolol, and also take digoxin. You also take apixaban. Many doctors and nurses refer to apixaban as a blood thinner. This is misleading as it does not thin the blood. It is an anticoagulant which reduces coagulation within you body so it reduces the likelihood of you having a stroke. You have stated that you have had pre-diabetes but it went when you became thinner, but are now fat (your word) and fear that pre-diabetes will return.
As for pre-diabetes, were you offered a course you can go on, to help you to rid yourself of it? It was free. I was, and found the course very helpful, and now am no longer pre-diabetes. It means losing weight by replacing added sugar in food, as in cakes, chocolate bars, puddings, some cereals, jam and similar food and replacing the demand for sweet things with natural sweet things like fruit. The course also gives you information about getting the right balance in meals, and regular eating.
Bisoprolol can cause tiredness. There are other beta blockers your doctor could put you on.
I don't know about digoxin, but if you are still taking it, someone else should be able to advise.
Once your doctor gets the right medication, and you lose some weight, you should feel better.
reply….At the moment I have no pre diabetics,I always get confused what I am on now reading surprised I take edoxaban no bisoperal as I can’t take it any more, digoxin still taking people say they get worse…depends what excersise they do once very active I should take higher meds got out out of it less active.
