I had a dc cardio version two days ago which was a success.now out of a f and they reduced my bisoprolol dosage to 7.5 mg a day . . Very happy

That's great news Jarvo and long may it continue. Don't go exerting yourself for a week or two and allow your heart to grow strong beating in it's correct rhythm. I've learnt this the hard way.
Great news and hope it continues. Please now rest and look after yourself. As Jean said, you need to allow your heart to grow strong in its current rhythm.
Sounds like you have got a good team behind you. I recently had a cardioversion, left hospital back in rhythm but no mention of altering drug's. Last Saturday night had massive palpitations in bed and went back into A/F ,haven't contacted my team as I'm supposed to have a follow up, like Jean mentioned take it easy and build yourself up.
