Been really struggling in this heat and humidity. AF and unstable angina been ganging up together. Bouncing between 83 and 176 and angina has made this summer miserable so far.
On max dose of my 9 meds that I take. Cardio dept severely under staffed and over worked. Just a case of hurry up and wait.

It is not wise to try and carry on normal activities when it is very hot and humid. You need to do as little as possible. I live in south west France and am used to hot summers but as soon as the temp hits 32°+ I curtail my normal activities. I go outside as little as possible , don't do much housework , limit cooking and spend lots of time resting. The heat here is not dry like in the south east of France and humidity makes it seem hotter. You need to keep well hydrated and try to keep the house cool by closing windows and drawing the curtains during the day to keep the sun and heat out then opening up at night when the air is cooler.
