Massive ectopic beat burden

Hey guys - had Afib ablation three months ago and no more afib which is great. However, I have a massiv ectopic beat burden. It used to be 4000 in 24 hours a year ago, now it must be at least 15k every day.

Does anybody have that many? My heart is structurally fine and the ectopics actually dont bother me that much but I'm wondering if this needs treatment?

Of course mention it to your doctor, however your heart just may need a little more time to recover from the ablation.

I assume you're capturing these ectopics on an EKG either at your doctors office or at home?

if not, it might be a good idea because what may feel like ectopics could be something else.

Three months feels very familiar. I had ectopics continously on a rolling basis for quite a time. (Every two, three ,four, five beats etc up to eleven and back to two - repeat ad nauseum) The slow deap diaphragmic breathing trick sorted it once I got it right.

I take 125 mg Magnesium Taurate per day. It settles down my ectopics quite well. I feel one occasionally but overall my heart is much much calmer.
